Ingredients: Dried yerba mate leaves.

Description: Similar to green tea, but with a more herbaceous and grassy character.

How to use: Brew 1 tablespoon of the herb in a glass of hot (85°C–100°C) water for 7-8 minutes. Brewing can be done 2-3 more times with the same plant.

Warnings: It is recommended that those who are allergic to the herb it contains and pregnant women consult a doctor before use.
