Areas of use and effects: It can be consumed instead of coffee in the morning, and it can also have a refreshing and concentration-enhancing effect during the day. Drinking a few cups of tea during the day supports the immune system and protects against diseases due to the high amount of vitamin C.

How to use: 1-2 times a day, brew 1 tablespoon of herbal mixture with a glass of hot (85°C-100°C) water for 7-8 minutes.
